\nsighting.) 2007 sighting was seen by some parkers on Danbury Quarter Rd. i.e. the town breeding
\nground.
\nLighting Conditions: Broad daylight
\nNearest Town or Landmark: Winsted, CT Off Lowsaw Rd.
\nDescription of Encounter Area: Edge of forest land. It was blackberry season. This is an historical
\nsighting. Google “The Winsted Wildman”
\nAre There Food and\/or Water Sources in the Area? (if so, describe): Yes. There are several
\nstreams and springs in the area as well as ponds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Geologist. I am used to going through rough terrain, both day and night.
\nNever saw this creature, but have seen a mountain lion in the same general location; probably a quarter of a mile from the reported sighting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nAnimal Description: A big manlike creature covered with dark fur.
\nAprox. Height: 7′
\nAprox. Weight: Around 350 – 400 lbs.
\nHead\/Facial Description: Had a face that resembled a large man.
\nCan Witness Provide a Sketch of Animal Seen?: No
\nVocalizations Heard?: Reportedly made a screaming sound.

\nA local farmer and town selectman was picking blackberries with his dog when suddenly the dog started
