Terrain Description: Ditches, wetlands, farm fields, and trees right by the platte river.
\nLighting Conditions: it was at night so I really had limited sighting but I saw a hairy figure across the
\nriver amongst the bushes it moved quickly so I couldnt keep up but as I rode my bicycle I noticed
\nsomething I never see on my usual travel home from work?
\nNearest Town or Landmark: Thornton, Co.
\nDescription of Encounter Area: River, bicycle path numerous trees and bushes as well as farm lands. Are There Food and\/or Water Sources in the Area? (if so, describe): Yes there is fish, racoons, berries, coyotes, and squirells<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Number of Witnesses: It was just me at the time
\nLength of Observation: we saw eachother I felt it I thought it was a man but a better look and there is no way a man has that much hair.
\nAnimal Description: Tall and hairy with alot of hair almost looked like chewbaca from star wars, I was scared it sounded different and moved very different from any thing ive ever seen on the river.

\nHead\/Facial Description: lenghty hair the figure I saw in the bushes had hair all over

\nAny Odor? If so, Description: No I couldnt smell the creature only see it.
\nVocalizations Heard?: yes it made a very unusual grunt like almost growl as it ran off into the woods
\nWood Knocks Heard?: No

\nI saw the the creature in the bushes across the river as I rode home on the bike path. When I saw the figure I thought it was a man but a closer look and the growling heard Made me know thats no man. The way it moved through the bushes was like the night vision was limited and the creature couldnt see very well. I have since been covering tracks and studying the area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
