’83, early fall, 6-ish pm. I was dirt bike riding, I stopped on the top of a hill, over looking Oriskany creek. Just to smoke, relax and enjoy the woods\/area. I was looking around me, down the hill to check out the creek. On a dirt bike trail, approx 75 feet away I saw a 7+ foot thall “thing” standing there, looking at me. I stared for 10-15 seconds until I relized what I was seeing. I took off, I’ve never gone riding alone in this area since. I live 1.5 miles from this spot and still ride. Where I seen this is about .5 miles from a old (’50s, no rides or building left) play ground\/amusement park), .7 miles from a landfill\/dump, 1 mile from the Flats – a large flooding plain with rail road tracks through it, the Erie canal, the Barge canal and Mohawk river.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
