Terrain Description: was driving on route 94 few miles north of Blairstown NJ, saw a
\nlarge 7-8 foot tall creature cross the road. It walked upright, was pure black, I had my high beams on (was about 150 feet from it) when it turned it’s head towards me, it’s eyes were reflective in my
\nheadlights and were big. It was able to cross the road in less than 2 seconds walking in an upright
\nposition. I slowed down my car to view where it had gone, it went into a forest by a small pond
\nLighting Conditions: Dark, only high beams were on car
\nNearest Town or Landmark: Blairstown\/Marksboro NJ right on Route 94
\nDescription of Encounter Area: State Highway Route 94, forested area for most part, part of
\nappalachians
