Project Local Vigilance

Started in 2004, this is a project by the Northeastern Investigative Network in an effort to establish bush camp level spots throughout the Northeastern and the Adirondack regions to facilitate long term observation of viability habitat in an effort to have consistent eyes and ears in the field year round to establish and track potential presence in a number of areas. Additionally the project’s goal is to establish a framework of locations to provide regional researchers with access to locations to further the Network’s ongoing presence in the field as well as along for long term recorder/trail camera maintenance in additional to efforts to find sign of Sasquatch presence. In this instance the area focused on is the Southern Berkshire Mountains and the areas along the Connecticut/New York border.
