went to visit my brother he told me a story about the noises at the dumpster then he showed me the footprints across his front yard went up to one of his statues of a fairy broke the statue  concrete and half and then ran across the yard appeared to jump across the street

I heard a howl of a creature I have never heard before , I grew up in upstate NY , hunted , fished and trapped , camped and canoed all my life , as a child I roamed the woods most summer days… What I heard was a very robust howl off in the woods near the campground , I had place marshmellows and reese’s peanut butter cubs near the edge of the wood by the campground to try draw in a black bear , my best friend Joe and his wife said they had never seen a live bear in the wild . I didnt see anything but the vocal sound I heard sent chills thru my body

November 18th I was deer hunting just off a logging road. I was on my way back to my truck after what I call a creepy afternoon.I say creepy because I went out in the afternoon for a quick hunt but the whole time I was in the woods I felt like someone was watching me. I was about 75 yrds from the log rd and maybe 3/4 mile from my truck walking along a ridge top. I spent most of my time looking over the edge of a pretty steep bank as I walked along all the time working toward my truck.As I approached a small pine stand of trees all hell broke loose.I heard the most blood chilling scream kinda like a chimp but with a little deeper tone that was so loud I could almost feel it hit me in the face.As I looked in the direction I saw a large black something approx 7 ft plus bust out from behind a pine tree and ran down over the side of this steep bank like in was running across a groomed lawn. No effort no falling very little crashing or breaking .A man could in no way run down that most can’t walk down it without slipping and sliding.However I did not stick around or really watch the outcome of how what ever it was.I told my wife that when I left the woods that day I don’t think I touched one leaf on the way out.Pretty sure I’ve never run so fast in my life.That was in 1990 and I have never returned there to hunt ,walk, nothing. I avoid the whole area for my safety as well as what ever I saw.I’m not saying it was a bigfoot but it was big.I have only told one other bigfoot research group of this but no reply.I have only told my wife of this but there is no way with the hunting traffic up there I could have been the only person to have seen this.Probably like me just never speak of it.Below it asked if I heard wood knocks but I really was not paying attention and definitly not looking for something like this.

Animal Description: Sick frightfull emashiated look. Thin boney,suffering in appearance typical of a
rabid animal,except this creature walked on two legs.Had short manged hair with spots missing. It had an exagerated devilish smile.I felt that it didn’t want to smile but its smile was actualy a painfull

’83, early fall, 6-ish pm. I was dirt bike riding, I stopped on the top of a hill, over looking Oriskany creek. Just to smoke, relax and enjoy the woods/area. I was looking around me, down the hill to check out the creek. On a dirt bike trail, approx 75 feet away I saw a 7+ foot thall “thing” standing there, looking at me. I stared for 10-15 seconds until I relized what I was seeing. I took off, I’ve never gone riding alone in this area since. I live 1.5 miles from this spot and still ride. Where I seen this is about .5 miles from a old (’50s, no rides or building left) play ground/amusement park), .7 miles from a landfill/dump, 1 mile from the Flats – a large flooding plain with rail road tracks through it, the Erie canal, the Barge canal and Mohawk river.

I was in my tree stand hunting. I had noted that for the past week or two, the deer in the area had been acting strange. I thought it was due to hunters, but it seemed like something else might be to blame. My friend had told me that something had growled at his father about 2 miles from where I was situated and that he didn’t know what it was. Just at dusk, I heard a howl come from nearby; I’m guessing no more then 75 yards away. It was the scariest noice Ive ever heard. I know it wasn’t a coyote or bear. It made the hair on my neck stand up. As soon as the howl ended, coyotes for miles around started howling. Then, it repeated its howl and sounded even closer. I heard a shot off in the distance and then everything stopped and it got really quiet. I decided it was time to leave!

Wish to let you know there have been instances around this area (Verona) since 1974, vocalizations. Would hear them for a couple of years then several years of quiet, It has been about 12 years since it was last heard. Curious to know of any reports.
